The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and providing support to existing staff.
This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
The Human Resources Specialist will also be responsible for creating and maintaining employee records, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Conduct employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the organization.
Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Develop job descriptions and performance evaluation systems.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees.
Assist in developing training programs for employees.
