- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas - Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials - Take reservations and manage the waitlist - Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized host/host station - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Use POS systems, such as Aloha POS, to manage seating arrangements Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Familiarity with phone etiquette and proper phone handling procedures We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
