We are looking for an office assistant/dispatcher who is flexible, able to multi-task, is comfortable communicating on the phone, and has a positive attitude.
Knowledge of construction industry is desired.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering phone, getting customer information Dispatching jobs to technicians using software Keeping track of records of customers and job needs Communication with Owner, Accountant and Technicians Typing of documents Skills needed:
Good people skills with ability to talk to customers and vendors Computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, dispatch software) Attention to details Self-motivated Comfortable working with social media platforms Experience in AC or Electrical or construction industry is desired but not required Pay $15-20 per hour depending on skills 30-40 hours per week Hours could vary depending on busyness of the season Job Types:
