$17 Candidate Profile:
Pharmacy Tech/Trainee or Pharmacy Billing, or has worked some administrative role for a pharmacy prior.
Will also consider candidates with general medical billing background, or some healthcare administrative work.
Position
Summary:
Billing Specialist I will answer a high volume of calls regarding billing inquiries from facilities and residents or their responsible parties with a goal of resolving 100% issues/questions in real time while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Handle billing functions within a long-term care pharmacy.
Work with insurance providers, nursing center staff and prescriber's office.
Provide support and feedback regarding billing errors to pharmacy personnel.
Support an environment that promotes optimal efficiencies, staff retention and superior quality of business office employees.
Benefits:
In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment.
If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
