Responsibilities:
- Nuture a fun, positive, and strong culture within the school for staff and students - Communicate professionally and effectively with parents, staff, and students - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the learning center - Provide leadership and guidance to faculty and staff members - Ensure compliance with state minimum standards and Ivy Kids minimum standards and regulations - Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of various systems and make necessary improvements - Foster a positive learning environment for students - Engage with staff and students to address their needs and concerns
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director - Proven track record of successfully educating and working with staff and students - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of current trends and best practices in childcare - Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets As a Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience for staff and students.
